Nadja (Peri Baumeister) has more on her plate than most single mothers—in addition to carrying for her young son (Carl Anton Koch), she must ensure that he does not fall victim to her vampiric urges as they board a flight to America, where she plans to receive treatment for her unusual condition.

 


Unfortunately, a gang of hijackers (David Hurten, Kai Ivo Baulitz, Roland Moller, Dominic Purcell, Jan Loukota, Alexander Scheer, and Chidi Ajufo) also board the plane with their own nefarious plans.

 


Soon, they will find out that they are in a very different movie than they had thought.

 


This entertaining mashup of horror and action thriller features plenty of clever plot turns as reasonably intelligent antagonists try to outwit each other. 



It culminates in a clever climax that I, for one, didn’t see coming.
