Mary Catherine Gallagher is an uncomfortable, uncool, venomous Catholic schoolgirl who dreams about stardom and dating the school stud. 



This film does its part to uphold the proud tradition of (bad) movies derived from SNL material. 



Molly Shannon does great prat falls, but there is little else to justify expanding this bizarre, armpit-sniffing character from brief sketches to feature-length comedy. 



The plot is nothing and goes nowhere.
